When I started dieting I also started working out a lot, running, weights, and the like. I was maintaining/gaining weight for maybe 2-3 weeks, but losing size. Could you be putting on muscle?

Sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts.

I think it's highly dependent on you. I find that snacking after dinner tends to make me hungry before I go to bed. I'd also prefer to use those calories earlier in the day, that way I can use that energy during my evening activities. I don't need more calories to keep my energy up for sleeping :)

I had stuff like this when I tried to drop my calories too low, maybe you're not eating enough?

I believe that's just for the beans. I wouldn't deduct anything for not using the liquid.

Skim milk has less calories than whole milk. Skim milk doesn't make you fat. Eating too many calories makes you fat.

You need to gut and scale. Skin can be left on, but I don't recommend eating it.

You need to find what satisfies you. A couple of reasons I'm still hungry at the end of the day: -Calories too low -Bad nutritional balance (I started taking a multivitamin) -Too many carbs (Not sure why this makes me hungry, but I do better with high protein) -Late snack (for some reason this makes me hungry for more)…

This is completely untrue. A lot of the foods you've listed are high in sugar.

I think it's more about the impatience to be done with the diet that makes the last few pounds hurt so much... That and weight loss rate slows as you lose.

My mood swings are very much related to my eating schedule. For me, the best way to control them was to eat small meals regularly.

When making cream of <whatever> soup, I replace half of the cream with greek yogurt, much more healthy. Any more than half, and your soup will end up tasting like yogurt.

I used to use the track at a local high school, they kept it clean in the winter.

One thing I'd add to these recipes in general, if you have a bit more time: brown the chicken and sautee the veggies before they go into the crockpot. Way more flavour.
