I bought the Wii fit for My daughter has a Birthday gift she and I love it. Yes it does give you a work out we use it about 4 times week if not more if she or I have friends over. We even try to have a Wii fit night with our family so we all get a workout and have fun at the sametime.

I did my very first 4.1 Mile today walking and running. Changing it up through all of it. I have never done this with both I usually just do the walking for 3.2 miles. Its a great feeling when you push yourself and finish.

Hi Everyone, Been gone for awhile, I lost My husband back in May so I had to Take some time for my family and myself. Still staied with my weight loss, I only loss 1 pound, but with everything going on thats good for me, because i'm a emotional eater.

I have been On WW for the past 9 weeks and have lost a total of 16lbs. I do the point system. I have found that this helps me stay an track and know with this site to go with it I feel I will reach my final goal. Another 20lbs Have a great day:smile: :smile:
