    There are lots of reasons why you might have gained....... could be you're building muscle to replace fat.... which of course weighs more. Make sure to take measurements of yourself, you may see more improvements that way. Or you may be bloated....... is it close to that time of month? I always gain a pound or 2 then. Or maybe you are not following your plan quite as closely as you should. Make sur eyou are eating all of your allotted calories and your excercise calories too! Trouble awaits you otherwise. Don't worry and hang in there, I bet next week the pounds will melt off :wink:
