I take my greek yogurt and divide it into 2 containers and have a container and a apple. or half a banana. sometimes I just make dinner and package some meals in 200 calorie segments to have for snack

also I measure out 90 calories of trail mix .. which isn't a lot but great on the go.

tuna salad 2 cans tuna in water drained, 1/4 cup onion minced, 2 stalks celery minced, 15 green olives minced and 1/4 cup light miracle whip. mix and put in 4 containers each container 89 calories
