Cysts on ovaries are normal. I'm an ultrasound tech and see them all the time. PCOS is really multiple small cysts in your ovaries. Try not to worry. See what the doc says. They will probably order an ultrasound. Let us know!

Do you have pain in your upper belly on the right side? I'm an ultrasound tech and we scan gallbladders all the time. That's another classic sign of stones. Good luck!!

I stopped eating the flavored yogurt when I discovered it had as much sugar as a candy bar! I love Greek Yogurt! I usually add fruit and a little sweetener. I also have made dips from Greek yogurt.....add dill, garlic, onion....whatever you like, and you have a high protein dip for all of your veggies!

You have to really analyze what you are putting in your body. What kind of foods are Paleo? What is the Mean Green that you consume? Are you logging any calories? Are you doing any exercising? You are either eating too much or not burning it off in any way. Give us some more details and we can try to help better.

I always keep easy things to snack on while I put together some dinner.....carrots or dill pickles....keeps me busy and helping the hunger. But if you are STARVING...you do need to eat more in the afternoon...a high protein snack. A hard boiled egg, a cheese stick. Protein keeps me full longest.
