Hey everyone, this is not my recipe but I got it from this website - http://www.simplyscratch.com/2010/11/my-big-fat-greek-dressing.html. I made some last night when I was bored and used it for a greek salad at lunch today. It was great! I only had canola oil instead of olive oil, but it still worked fine.

INGREDIENTS:
1 large clove of Garlic, squeezed through a garlic press
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice, strained of pulp and seeds
1/2 cup Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Squeeze a clove of garlic into a glass jar or re-sealable container. Measure and add in the oregano, salt and black pepper.

Pour in the quarter cup of strained, freshly squeezed lemon juice and the 1/2 cup of olive oil.

Shake. Pour. Swoon.

Store salad dressing in the fridge. But pull out 10-15 minutes prior to using to warm up the solidified oil or run the jar under warm tap water.

I calculated it out myself based on how many mL is the whole recipe. I only wish to use 1 tbsp at a time, so I have it as 12 servings.

Would you happen to know the nutrition info for this dressing? Been looking for good low sodium and low calorie dressings for my salads to try.

the sodium is 1080. Sorry, I tried to get more info by copying the info from the recipe I added to my own database, but it kept messing up. Also, it is 86 calories per tablespoon.
