September 18th SW 264.4 CW 193.4 GW 150 5.4lbs down in one week. But that’s pretty normal for a first week starting. It will steady.

SW 264.4 CW 198.8 GW 150 (for now) I was 178 in March. New job and stress led to a 20lb regain. Starting again this week. I’ve done it before I can do it again!!!

I went on a date yesterday. Wound up lasting 10 hours. We had dinner, coffee and snacks while watching a movie. I didn't go over my calories and the scale actually went down this morning! (SV is that I hit 70lbs this morning. Lol)
-
70.2lbs since August! Starting to finally feel better about myself. Still a long road ahead.
-
I pretty much hit that number every day. I have very active dogs and we walk at least 7km a day. For me it's more about movement, fresh air and heart health than burning calories towards weight loss.
-
For me it's the difference in how I view myself vs. how others see me. I still see my old body. I know logically I look different but I'm still not happy with my body. I still have a minimum of 50lbs to lose. But other people are reacting differently. Lots of attention from men. It's hard to align what they see against…

67 pounds. In being upfront, a lot of them weren't done healthy. I very proud of the last 15 as I've corrected dangerous behaviour and am now losing in a healthy steady manner.

Hamilton!

It's my main form of exercise. We walk/hike between 7-10km a day. The fresh air and walking is great for me and the dogs.
-
You shouldn't any any issues at Disney. It's very inclusive. It's a lot of walking though. I think we did over 10 miles in one day while wandering.
-
I've lost 65lbs. I've walked/hiked with my dogs (because I love it) and done yoga. That's it. CICO. You can do this with just food but doing toning/muscle building exercises will help you look better naked

From Dusk Til Dawn. Salma Hayek dancing in the bar. I want her body!!!!

How many people love to give you advice or make comments. A guy I kinda had a crush on commented o one of my update posts. His comment was "great job..keep it up". All I heard was "you need to keep it up". I'm sure he was trying to be supportive but yeah... later ge told me all you have to do is "not eat bad food".…

My mini goal was onederland. Made that this week. Now it's to reach 70lbs downs. I'm 4.5lbs away.
-
My whole workout regime has been yoga and walking/hiking. I love both those activities. Find something you love to do and you won't need to seek outside motivation.
-
I'm 43. I've lost 65lbs. Still have another 40-50 to go. Always happy to show support!
-
I did the exact same. Lost 80. Put it all back on. It was so disheartening. Like you I was starting to feel confident. I'm back down 64 now and can see 80 on the horizon to get back to where I was. Then I'm aiming for 100. You did it once. You can do it again!!!! Feel free to add me. :) happy to support fellow "losers".

I love yoga. My biggest advice is only look at your own mat. Don't worry about what your neighbours are doing. It's a very personal practice. Feel free to modify any movement as needed. Ask your yogi for tips on how to improve your movements.

It was Onederland. I hit that today!!! So now it's getting out of the obese BMI classification. That is 23.6lbs away now. When I started my BMI was 45.6 and right now it's 34.1. I can do this!!!!
-
I went out for a high calorie breakfast on the weekend. I didn't allow it to completely derail me. I made a healthy dinner and moved on. And tried to not let myself stress about the extra calories (a big issue for me previously). And I hit ONEDERLAND today!!!!
-
It's absolutely frigid here today...I'm actually missing those 62 pounds of insulation. I'm freezing!!! Lol
-
Thrift stores. Of course I've always shopped thrifts so it's no big change. I can't justify spending mall prices when I can get the same stuff for $5 at a thrift. And I don't like wearing baggy clothes. I feel better about myself when dressed nicely. That motivates me to keep losing. And lemme tell ya. It's way easier to…

60lbs as of today. Mission: find jawline and cheekbones - complete.
-
Onederland!!! I'm 4.5lbs away.
-
My Frye boots fit comfortably over my calves and my size 16 gap jeans fit (down from a 24). And the best one is that my lululemon winter coat fits again!!! Bye bye North Face.
-
A different kind of progress pic. I found my jawline, collarbones and cheekbones!!! Just under 60lbs lost
-
That's the change in my face in just under 60lbs. I found my jawline again!
-
I had lost 85. I put back on 80. Now I'm back again. I'm at 58 down again. 85 and beyond is on the horizon. You did it once, you can do it again!!

Wouldn't real food, healthy yummy food be more fulfilling than Herbalife shakes? Replace those calories with food. And see what happens.

I weigh in daily but am used to the zig zag. I never expect weight loss to be linear. Keep sticking to your calorie/exercise goals and everything will fall in line.
