Being comfortable in a bikini next month for Miami!4

Mini goal is to see the 150s. I'm so close (161) but stalling due to water weight gain. Gotta love being a woman haha!!
I have another mini goal to lift a bit heavier with everything I'm doing. Time to push out of my comfort zone!6 -
It was Onederland. I hit that today!!! So now it's getting out of the obese BMI classification. That is 23.6lbs away now. When I started my BMI was 45.6 and right now it's 34.1. I can do this!!!!27

To hit 155. That puts me in middle of the normal BMI range. 3 more pounds to go!11

Time for new mini goals:
1. To hit 239 before Feb 5th (249 at the moment)
2. Be able to run 1/2 mile at 6mph
3. 2 real pull ups. (can do 10 with resistance band assist)
Once I hit those, I'll have to find some for March.
If it was easy, I would have already done it.

After a couple of months off, my band have a gig in mid-February, and it’s kind of an important one as we’re playing alongside some well-known names in the British Country Music scene which will hopefully lead to a few more shows. so my aim is to be down 20lb from what I weighed on New Year’s Day.
I’ve already got the shirt I intend to wear marked out, and today it actually did up, albeit not particularly flatteringly.
It’s not just a looking good on stage thing either, I hit the high notes in ‘Jolene’ a lot more easily when I weigh less too..14 -
- To hit an 1150 total by April (1130 as of last Sunday)
- To lose a bit of fat
- To stay the same bodyweight

I'm trying to ease myself back into it and build some habits, so right now my tiny goals are to log consistently for two months and lose 10lbs - just to prove to myself again that I can do it!11

ONEDERLAND! I’m so close but it seems to be impossible7

I’m looking forward to being just healthy.8

1-to be in he 140s again, 6lbs to go
2-we have a weightloss challenge at work, no weights will be posted, but percentage lost or gained will be, as I only have 20 lbs to lose, chances are I wont win, BUT people will know if I lost or gained, so I want to lose at least a little each week.
3-Run 15 miles a week8 -
To fit easily into my judging outfit. I’m judging my first official competition jan 13 and I’m hoping to fit into it comfortably by then instead of me feeling like a sausage: too tightly wrapped
Whoohoo! It fits! I lost some back fat so it’s fits better on top (I’m sure there is nothing off of my breasts bc the cups of my bras fit exactly the same but the band is getting a bit lose) which means that my belly looks bigger. So I might forgo the blouse and just wear a tank top instead but, I FIT IT BETTER THAN IT USED TO BE8 -
I started at 335 and this morning weighed in at 280. My original long term goal was to hit 275. I can't believe I'm almost there. Now 275 is my short term goal.21

Seeing 112 lbs on the scale again10

I can't wait to get under 160. I haven't seen 150-anything in so long! I'm 162 now... getting there.
Still waiting to comfortably fit into my last pair of 'big' pants... so then at least I'll have 2 pair of pants that aren't my workout clothes.4 -
My mini goal was onederland. Made that this week. Now it's to reach 70lbs downs. I'm 4.5lbs away.18
-
Made my mini goal to get down to the last 10 lbs this week.
Next one is to get to the top of my maintenance range (7.3 lbs away) before I get to the end of the 12 week bootyful beginnings program. Starting the program today!7 -
Complete JM 60 day bodyshred - I’ve done it once and live the results but want to redo While being More strict with my diet and see what I can achieve4
-
not getting to fat with my 3rd pregnancy so working out lots and eating healthy ! I was overly big with my first two kids, then I finally lost all that weight and now Im pregnant again haha8
-
My mini goal is learning to eat more without losing focus in the long run. I lost 142 lbs in less than 7 months and I'm getting close to my goal but still losing more than 2 lbs a week. Sometimes I feel like anything else than insane dieting will be the gateway to *kitten* it mode and weight gain. I can do this.7

Onederland! I was at 202 this morning, which is also my lowest weight since I started college in 2013. After that, I want to hit 197 and officially be overweight instead of obese!12
-
To add 50 lbs to my squat and deadlift, without gaining more than 5lbs. Which itself is part of the goal to win a BJJ tournament at under 188.4
-
To lose 30lbs for
June 2018
2 -
Getting under my lowest adult weight: 192
Currently at 2415 -
I doubt that I lost a whole pound this week, so I am at least hoping for even a 0.1 pound loss; when I weigh tomorrow!5
-
I want to stick to my exercise plan AND diet for more than 2 weeks. I have always lapsed in one area in the past.3
-
I have made a decision to try a lower carb eating plan to reduce processed foods and see how my body reacts as I have had a major slow down with weight loss. My NSV is I have done my research and I feel confident with getting my carbs for mostly veggies, fruits and nuts. So mini goals is to do for a full 3 weeks and be dedicated to doing it.5
-
I want pretty arms again.5
