    I can't wait to get under 160. I haven't seen 150-anything in so long! I'm 162 now... getting there.
    Still waiting to comfortably fit into my last pair of 'big' pants... so then at least I'll have 2 pair of pants that aren't my workout clothes.

    Complete JM 60 day bodyshred - I’ve done it once and live the results but want to redo While being More strict with my diet and see what I can achieve :)

    To add 50 lbs to my squat and deadlift, without gaining more than 5lbs. Which itself is part of the goal to win a BJJ tournament at under 188.

    I want to stick to my exercise plan AND diet for more than 2 weeks. I have always lapsed in one area in the past. :/
