What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I would like to get down to 180 lbs by mid-June. In all my adult life my lowest weight was 180 so it would be amazing to get back to that. Then I'll focus on getting to 140 by the following June.5

After loosing 52.5 lbs, I've been hovering just over the 180 lbs mark for the past 6 weeks. My mini goal is to get under 180 for the first time in 25 years.5

Just make a plan for when you'd like to hit the gym. Maybe you could start every day a little earlier and include some exercise? Over Thanksgiving, we traveled for ten days, and even on our long driving days, I fit in a half-hour on the treadmill or stairmaster. Think of it as getting your money's worth for the cruise- the gym is an amenity you should enjoy!
I've booked in some early morning excursions on a few of the days, but otherwise I can definitely get into the gym first thing. I love working out in the morning too, to get it out of the way. Thanks for this - I really needed to hear it from someone who managed to find the time without excuses!5 -

You might also want to try avoiding buffet lines. Oftentimes a dining room is open at breakfast and lunch and I personally find it much easier to eat mindfully when I'm ordering my food instead of filling my plate with everything I see.1 -
to not overeat for the holidays!6

I hit Onderland this week! Yay! It took me just about 4 months. Next mini goals:
Mini goal 3: 195
Mini goal 4: Add 3 sets of 10 squats that break parallel to my strength routine.10 -
The scale this morning: 140.7
My goal weight was 140. Saturdays are always my light days because Friday is a rest day and I spend the day with my grandsons so my calories are always lighter. Still, Happy Holidays to me. I'm considering it a mini goal because I like what I see in the mirror and can't wait to see what I look like in another month, another 6 months, another year of working out and eating mindfully (albeit at maintenance, not a deficit) as I have been.10 -

A goal I didn't know I was seeking! That the work I am putting in is noticed by coworkers and by someone just this morning who hasn't seen me in awhile! It makes my future goals much more solid!5

I was going to save these goals for the new year, but figured why wait?
My mini goals are:
Log all my food and drink consumption on MFP
Reduce the situations in which I can binge (usually due to boredom)
Increase my water intake
Lose the 15lbs I gained when I moved overseas by myself!2 -
When I attain 50 lbs gone (I’m at 42 so far), I’m earning a professional massage.
I’ve also begun replacing my wardrobe little by little, and not only is it motivating, it’s SO fun!!!
I’ve been working-out at home for 3 months. Come end of February, Hubs and I are joining a gym together.
I’ll begin weight-training then, and start to change my body’s physique.
This April, I begin training for my next 1/2 marathon. I haven’t run an organized race in 8 years.
There’s my plan, in a nutshell! I should hit my weight loss goal by late Spring, but my fitness goals persist beyond that. Along the way, I’ll continue to reward myself with salon trips, spa visits, shopping for new clothes....7 -
My mini goal is to fit back in my size 17comfortably by the end of January. Currently I'm not comfortable in a size 18.7

My mini goal is to have lost 50# by the end of the year. 48# down with 5 days to go.6

I reached two of my mini goals! I had a woosh today and lost 1.6 lbs, so I finally hit 190, which means I lost 15 lbs and am almost out of the 190s!8

My mini goal is to lose 7 pounds by January 26, 1 month from today. I bet money that I would! On January 26, I will set out to lose another 7 by Feb 27, and again on Feb 28. By the end of March, I should be at my goal weight.4

Current weight ~ 186 lbs
Mini Goal 1: 185 lbs for Hawaii trip! (2nd week of Jan)
Mini Goal 2: 180 lbs by my 20th birthday (Feb 6th)
Mini Goal 3: 175 lbs (weight I was when I met my BF) by Spring break (Last week of March)
Mini Goal 4: 170 lbs for my little sister's graduation (Mid-May)
Final Weight Goal: 165 lbs by Fall 2018 semester (August)
Recomp Goal: ~ 18% body fat at the start of next summer (May 2019)6 -
Making it to 2018 without gaining any more weight! I've gained 10 lbs in the last 2 months. I'm struggling pretty hard with seasonal depression this year and eating badly because it makes me feel better/worse. never ending cycle... sigh...8

I got two. To see 189 on the scales and to climb 360 floors on the stair master in one session... I got 60 more floors on the stair master and 4 lbs to go on the scale4

To fit easily into my judging outfit. I’m judging my first official competition jan 13 and I’m hoping to fit into it comfortably by then instead of me feeling like a sausage: too tightly wrapped4

My Dr suggested 179 for a healthy BMI at 5’8”. That would put my total WL at -197, May as well go for GW 176, an even two hundred pounds below SW!

I just went on a 5 day cruise and lost weight! No joke! I ran for 25 min every day, took the stairs and did not eat sweets except for crepes one night. I was surprised that I lost weight, I think it was the running. Good luck!8 -
