What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

My next mini goal is 164 by mid January. Today I weighed in at 169. That will put me at 50lbs down! Current goal set on here is 158, but I'm thinking I'm not done yet!5

My mini goal is not gaining any weight back through out the Holiday season. I would love you lose weight also but with so much food available, I am choosing to balance good food with consistent working out. If I can lose weight great, but Im gonna enjoy the blessings around me (in moderation)4

My hips are currently 40.5 inches around. When I started MFP in May all three of my main measurements were 40 (1 metre in circumference, yeesh!!!) or above, and I'm really looking forward to being completely in the 30s (with hopes my waist measurement dips into the 20s at some point, although that certainly would not qualify as a mini-goal).3

I needed to lose 60 lbs and felt the same way. I kept logging anyway and now I'm 20 lbs closer to my goal! We can do it8 -

I agree with @Jingsi84. I've lost 40 so far, out of 60 as well, and I also thought it was going to be impossible. I won't say it's been easy but certainly easier than I thought. What it definitely has been is SIMPLE, in terms of the straightforwardness of CICO. Just keep logging, do it every day no matter what, and it'll happen.7 -
When I hit 182 I will be the lowest I've weighed since my sophomore year of college. 7 lbs away.8

I lost 30 lbs since August and decided to go on a diet break for the holidays and vacation. I hope to maintain my weight and return within +/- 2 lbs of 183.
Next year, I hope to get back on the wagon and reach the 160s by summertime.7 -
New mini goal: to get my average pace below 13 minutes/mile (last time was 14:06, today was 13:11)
Today, my pace was 12:01! Of course, that was running inside in a gym- no hills.
My new goal: 165. I started at 173 and am very slowly creeping down.. 167.4 now, but cookies, cookies, cookies...6 -

Cookies don't count against your calorie goal. Just sayin' ...

5 ft 7, 139 pounds now. What motivates me is the light coloured jeans and nude top, heels I will be more comfortable to wear on 130 pounds as my first mini goal. Hot.6

Wrapping my head around the idea that medium clothes might fit me now. So far I'm still convinced that I've come accross a lot of labelling errors and I leave stores without buying in confusion over the whole thing.16

I’m in a wedding New Years Eve. Gorgeous halter, backless bridesmaids dress. I’m done getting it altered so it’s keeping me honest and motivating me to maintain through the holiday excesses and helping me keep up with the daily pushups for defined arms and back10

Right now, I have only one pair of pants that fit, other than running pants. My current mini goal is to fit into what was formerly my big pants... that I haven't been able to fit in since August. I'm almost ready to try it,at 6.6 pounds lost.5

hit my last goal which was any weight below 190 plus yesterday I can finally button my new 36" waist jeans that I bought for inspiration. I am sitting now at 188, next goal is to try to get to 185 for new years . the last few weeks have been hard with many dinner engagements and my son visiting from out of town . but trying hard to get 3 more lbs off for new years . and hoping for the next goal to be get to 180 for valentines day7

My swim app tells me my Apple Watch has logged 98,821 meters in swimming this year. I’m gonna squeak past 100,000 meters - that isn’t anything special in miles (~62 miles) but for some reason completing 100,000 meters swum really pleases me!
Should get to goal next time I do laps in the pool!13 -
Mine is to get some stamina back lifting weights. In college I could bench 435...now prob half that. Of course that was 18 years ago but hurts the ego. Now just want to be able to get some stamina back.
Also want to keep momentum going with C25k6 -
Getting through the holidays without gaining any weight!7

Lose 4.2 lbs so I can start on the last 10 lbs to get to the middle of my desired maintenance range. I just can't wait to get to that single digit countdown!8

I'm going on a 2 week cruise straight after Christmas, so I'm very nervous about 3 straight weeks of excess. There's a gym onboard the ship, but we all know that while we have the best intentions... Therefore my mini goal is to maintain my current weight until mid-Jan (although I'd be accepting of an additional 1-2lbs).7

I have two mini goals going:
1: 249.9 by New Year's day. I'm down to 251.5 this morning, starting to get the nerves
2: Be able to do two pull ups in a row on New Year's day. I can do one but feel like my arms are going to come off
Here's to starting the New Year strong. Best hopes and wishes for everyone else on your goals.
Remember that when you feel at your lowest, the rest of us are in the same boat and have the same insecurities.6 -
Losing the 9 lbs I've gained since August. The runger is real.4

Just five pounds to get to not being "Obese" according to the charts. I absolutely HATE that word! SW 221 CW 1859

Getting back into the 160s for the first time in 7 years! I'm 3 lbs away after losing 30 recently!!!8

Just make a plan for when you'd like to hit the gym. Maybe you could start every day a little earlier and include some exercise? Over Thanksgiving, we traveled for ten days, and even on our long driving days, I fit in a half-hour on the treadmill or stairmaster. Think of it as getting your money's worth for the cruise- the gym is an amenity you should enjoy!
In other news.. I tried my former fat pants on (which I outgrew several months ago). I was able to button them without excruciating pain (an improvement), but they're still too snug to wear. Guess I'll have to drop a few more pounds before I try again.4
