Turning 42 in a few days and need to loose 25 kg

Need some motivation and support to go to the gym. I used to do recreation with the kids. Im a mum of five kids. And need my energy back. Im making a fresh start today.

Congrats on setting this goal! There were days when I was full of enthusiasm for going to the gym, and other days I felt it was so hard to get out the door. Write down your gym times on your calendar and treat them like any other important appointment, and keep it up! I found those workouts really did have the effect of helping my energy levels. Be sure to drink plenty of water, as dehydration is fatiguing. Also, you will find that as the weight comes up, you'll have more energy and move through your day with increasing confidence.1

I was 42 when I decided I was fed up being overweight and feeling frumpy.. Fast forward to now: I've been at my goal weight for almost 5 years. Make a start, commit to logging your food and moving a bit more and you'll be glad you did.
