Great info, thank you.

Please tell me you have a link for that thread??

This has to be a joke. So I can't eat a banana because I will go over my recommended sugar intake for the day, according to the doctor??

One day at a time. Win the battle daily and you can't be denied results.

A weight can't be debated.

80% diet 20% exercise. You don't need to exercise to lose weight, however you do need to exercise to stay healthy. There's a difference between making your goal weight through pure calorie cutting and doing it through diet and exercise.

I don't mind stretch marks at all. I own some. Breast implants are a confidence issue, which I don't mind but think it's more unnecessary then necessary.

I make those cookies, but then I eat them to save all of you!!

I've read every one of these. I'd say the top three go to................... 3. Yesterday you said, tomorrow 2. If it's important you'll find a way, if it's not, you'll find an excuse. And the winner!!! 1. I don't stop when I'm tired, I stop when I'm done. I loved every single one. Doesn't matter what I say as long as it…

One more of my favorites "you didn't get fat overnight, you're not gonna get skinny overnight"

"If you're tired of starting over, stop quiting"

I could be wrong but I don't really think it'd make a difference.

Awesome job!! I just did my second fit test today. Killed some of my previous exercises from two weeks ago. My results are posted on my profile. Some I barely beat but made gains in all 8. It's an awesome feeling to see and feel the results. Keep up the good work.

You have to want it. If you want it, it encourages you.
-
You don't need to change it because your body gets use to it. Only change it if you're bored of what you're currently doing.

I don't care who's calling ill support and need support from any walk of life. Feel free to add me.

If it fits your macros. Pretty much says a calorie is a calorie regardless and you just stay at a deficit to continue to loose weight.
-
You're replacing fat with muscle. Muscle is more dense so you'll see the difference in person, not on the scale. 1 pound of fat replaced by a pound of muscle is still not going to be a change on the scale. Did you follow the calendar for insanity or venture off a bit??

change from 2tbsp to 3. Change 3tbsp to 4, have an extra scoop of protein. Very easy to increase calories.
-
Remeber the scale is just a number. Keep at it, it'll go down as long as you eat at a HEALTHY deficit. Plus if you're weightlifting your body stores water to hydrate and heal.

If you stay under your calories you'll lose weight regardless of what it is. Doesn't mean it's actually good for your body or provides the proper nutrients for other normal functions, but yes you will lose weight.
