Thanks for your question because I gained 1.6lbs this week. I didn't do anything different. I am almost always under my calorie goal. I have a vit. D deficiency. I don't have any ideas for you but I am thankful that you posed the question.

Hey - I'm thinking it might not hurt to have some blood work done. This will ensure you don't have any defiencies that are causing your body to resist the efforts you are putting in. Just a thought...I hope things turn around for you soon...don't give up!

I have a strap and wrist watch touchable HRM that work together. However, I have the option to just wear the wrist watch touchable HRM without the strap. The wrist watch is cumbersome (trying to hold still to touch it long enough while doing cardio) when working out so I don't use it without the strap. So I would suggest…
