Is there any evidence that some people are weight loss resistant? Is loosing weight really as simple as calories in vs. calories out? Sometimes I feel like me & my body are playing tug a war. I put in the effort & my body says heck naw we are not letting go of any of this weight-no way. What are your thoughts?
