When you begin to lose weight does MFP automatically update your profile and reduce your goal calories? Or do you have to update your profile and change your settings yourself?

I have to go in and update my goals in order for it to do it0

Every so often when you register a significant loss, it will prompt you to reconfigure your calories.0

I believe MFP will automatically adjust your goals every 10 pounds or so. Though, I manually change mine since I've been cycling/zig-zagging my calories lately. You can change them anytime you want.0

Maybe it's just me, but MFP automatically changes my recommended calorie with every pound lost. I lost 1 pound last week and my calorie setting dropped 10 cals.0
