Excersise, Diet plays a role but if you workout HARD and diet with okay effort you will see much better results then if you Diet HARD, and workout with okay effort. When you do both HARD, that is when you reach god mode my friend.

I disagree with 87 monkey, eating less is better if your trying to lose weight. Its that simple, if your really worried about "unhealthy' take supplements. Protein, multivitamin, etc. Maybe one day you can eat more, but dont eat when your not hungry, cuz your going to have days where your ravenous all day. Use those days…

If you excersise late at night forget about eating, even if your hungry. Ive learned my lesson from that.

The easiest option is to break up. I had a similar situation living with my family. But of course if you love him, you cant do that. Think of it as practicing self-control, it'll help you with a lot more than weight loss. Self-control is a great virtue in life. Change your mindset :)

I know right its the same concept, a temporary feeling of euphoria followed by; feeling like ****, and then you want more and more. America has got us slaved into the food industry, im telling you I've watched these food documentaries, its mind-boggling to see what they do to processed food!

Yeah me too, if im not feeling good/having a bad day, I want to binge the fk out on some of the worst foods, just so I can feel worse after eating haha smh. its a vicious cycle. Its all about willpower when there is a bad day.

I agree, having a good body does wonders with confidence. Its not even about the image though, its just like the lifestyle of eating healthy and exercising that gives me such a good positive feeling.
