Everyday is a new day. Start fresh today!!! You know how. So, now just do it :)

Definitely Proteins. Carbs, don't do anything for me. I found that tuna, peanut butter, chicken breasts with vegatables does the job. But you are going to have to find out what works for you.

Workout at the time that you think you could keep doing consistently. In regards to before or after breakfast shouldn't matter. The key is consistentcy. For me personally, I run or bike before breakast. That worked for me. Everyone is different

Your "why" for wanting to gain back control of your health has to be powerful enough to manage your desires when you are out at social engagements. As you know these times it's going to be HARD. But remember nothing worth doing is going to be easy. Good luck.... From my experience after losing the weight I wanted I'm so…

Thanks you guys for honest assessments :) Worried that adding might slow me down but just like weight loss can be alot of trial and error.

Maintenance has been much easier. Consistency is the key. I still track and enjoy whatever I want in moderation. Love it

Everyone is different. If you find that once you hit maintenance and that works for you by all means stick with it. I love pasta, reese puffs cereal and banana splits. I hit my goal quite a while ago and I enjoy these things and maintaining great.

My first five weeks I lost twenty pounds. It's been six month since and have lost over 60 pounds. In maintenance now and its a piece of cake for me personally. For me it was just math. Congrats!!!! You look great

Don't stop counting or exercising.

I hit my weight goal almost two months. Been eating everything I use to before and actual still losing. I just don't eat as much and still log and exercise everyday. I think people just stop counting and exercising
-
From personal experience, the last four months I have done cardio first thing in morning on empty stomach and it worked out well for me. I have lost a total of 57 pounds. I did my strength training 3-4 times per week in afternoon to help maintain lean muscle mass. Definitely worth a shot. Only failure is not to try.

Sounds great

My advice would be never stop exercising. Hit my goal weight six weeks ago. Eating what I want but in moderation and actually lost a few more pounds.
