Switching brands take time to get use to. My son tried switching from nike and took awhile to get use too. He ended up staying with nike

Never stop exercising

Have you run before? Are you just starting? If you are a beginner this is recipe for injury in my opinion. Running definitely burns a lot of calories. It helped me get back in shape fairly quick.

Nothing wrong with drinking protein shake when you want. I have drank them last four months at various times. Weight loss for me a success.
-
Enjoy that protein drink :) you will be just fine

The answer is course you can lose by deficit alone, however you stated that you lost by doing it this way before. In my opinion why not try and exercise. Its a great habit that will only benefit you the rest of your life. People say alot of here about not exercising and boasting their need not to. What happens as we get…

Upper body Strength train. Once your healed up. Make sure you work out your glutes and hamstrings usually if they are weak can cause injury to lower legs.

What's worked for me as I approach my goal weight was lifting heavy. Which basically means what feels heavy for your strength level. In a nutshell 2 lbs weight won't do you much good except for cardio or endurance.
-
If you don't have a digital scale I would suggest investing in one. I love mine

My strength training sessions are max. 45 minutes. I couldn't imagine going 2.5 hours. I change my routine up every 6 weeks. Its great that you are doing strength already. I lost my 54 pounds in four months and very glad I did strength workouts 3 times per week. In my opinion, I really believe you could be more efficient…

Do what makes you happy and more likely to stick to. Just gradual increase your mileage.

Daily weigh ins worked for me, I lost 54 pounds in four months. I loved the data that was given each day and it would allow me to see how different foods or workouts effected me. I only counted my Sunday weigh in though as my official weight loss for the week. In the end the math 99% of time worked out for me. I did and…

I absolutely love pasta. I eat it at least every other day. I just don't eat as much as I use to. I lost 54 pounds in four months so I would say moderation is key. I honestly hate whole wheat pasta, I eat the regular white kind and hasn't hurt my weight loss at all.

I finally bought a digital scale this week. Love it. Realized was measuring pasta wrong :( whole time. But all worked out. Good luck on your health journey.

Six pack :)

It can be a relief to vent. Now what I would suggest is to just try and win the day. Small things lead to greatness. Sooner or later if you can just win the day it will add up to weeks then months. Good luck !!

Protein shake and Honeycombs

Everyday in the morning I weigh myself. Measurements every two weeks. Works very well for me.

Question. Should you measure cooked spaghetti with measuring cups? The box says 200 cals per cup. One day I used a big liquid measuring cup and whole box measured out at 6 cups. The box said 8 servings per box. Just curious. I love pastas and not sure if I'm accurately counting my pasta calories right. I have been counting…

Extremely impressive :) love the charts

I would recommend running intervals. I have lost 50 pounds in 3 1/2 months running and strength training. Good luck to you

Everyone will handle this topic differently. What worked for me was daily weigh ins in morning. I would only count my Sunday morning weigh in. If you can handle the daily changes its can good way to learn your body. I lost 50 pounds in 3 1/2 months so it worked for me.

^^^ agree buy in bulk.

I would aim for five days per week. Of course calorie deficit is important but exercise is very important. I lost 49 pounds in three month's and 10 days. I did 1 hour cardio everyday and strength trained. Even though I lost fast I have zero loose skin and my body fat percentage is 12 percent. Some on here will not put the…

Heck yay!!!!

Lost about 7 pounds first ten days probably water weight but I definitely didn't complain it :)

Honestly, How bad do you really want it? If it takes waking up a half hour earlier to get it in then that's what you'll have to do. You can do it. First few days will be hard then it will get easier. But only if you want it bad enough. Find your reasons. ....

Have you done measurements? Maybe your losing inches that you don't realize which would be a great thing. I know during my second month of change I added a second workout in afternoon that really kicked things up for me if you have the time but I would only do that for a week or two.
