Have you tried interval training? Try adding more variety to your workouts. Change your routine up a bit.

Some quick perspective. Go buy a newspaper and turn to the Obituaries. Im pretty sure anybody in that section would be thrilled to see another birthday no matter what age it is. Be grateful that you woke up this morning because many people didn't. Enjoy what you have you'll reach your goals one step at a time :)

I weigh myself every morning after I go to bathroom and workout. My Sunday morning weigh in is my official one for the week.

Great Job..... I love the fact that you say "matter of when" til you hit your goal. You are definitely going to make it :)

Yes, it's possible, other people have done it so you can do it. It will definitely take some effort. I have lost almost 48 pounds in a little over 3 months. Consistency is the key.

My Why's....my reasons. My reasons were the things that has gotten me 1.5 pounds away from my goal.

From my experience, I always make sure and drink a lot of water during thanksgiving and xmas because normally the food is high in sodium. Just get back on track and you'll be fine.
-
After Xmas the scale was up almost a pound for me. That day I went back to normal routine and next day weight back to what it was xmas morning. More than likely water weight that is causing gain unless you ate over 3500 calories over your maintenance. I wouldn't worry too much

Im just a few pounds away from my goal weight. Yes, I visualized it everyday. I even had a picture of myself at my heaviest and next to it a picture of myself at weight I was before. Since summer I have lost 64 total pounds and since I got very serious and systematic I have lost 47. You will get there. Just say to yourself…

Since summer I have lost 62 pounds and since being really serious I have lost 41 pounds last 12 weeks. I have not plateaus at all. I consistently change my cardio and strength training workouts every three weeks. I zig-zag calories at times. This is what has worked for me. Almost at my goal.

Everyday in the morning. Sunday is only day that I count.
-
In my opinion, just be consistent. I started weighing myself after morning workout so I just kept that routine. I weigh myself everyday but my Sunday morning number is the one I log. I like to see how my water levels change in regard to what foods I eat. The scale weight doesn't bother me if up because I know at end of the…

Drinking water, consistent exercise program and most important--nutrition. You can't out run, walk or bike everday bad food choices.

I'm 37 5'8 and when I started I weighed 195. I currently weigh 156 pounds. I started on September 29th. So, just past 10 weeks I have lost 39 pounds, so no doubt you can do it. I never would have imagined losing so much so fast. Granted I still have 10 pounds to go to reach my goal, I can share what I have done. However,…
