Has anyone here steadily lost weight without hitting a plateau? If so, how?

Eat fewer calories than you burn. Recalculate your calorie needs every 5 pounds or so and when changing activity / exercise levels. Repeat. Worked for me.0

The only way is to keep doing something different so your body does not adjust. Change up your workouts is the easiest way.0

Since summer I have lost 62 pounds and since being really serious I have lost 41 pounds last 12 weeks. I have not plateaus at all. I consistently change my cardio and strength training workouts every three weeks. I zig-zag calories at times. This is what has worked for me. Almost at my goal.0
