Plateau

So I started in September 2013 weighing 150 lbs. Lost 20 lbs up to Christmas then gained 5 because of Christmas (no surprise). But I've been having a hard time even after losing 20 lbs on dropping more weight. Any suggestions on how to kick a plateau? I've been around 130-135 for longer than I'd like to be. I exercise a lot and try to stay around 1200 calories.

Have you tried interval training? Try adding more variety to your workouts. Change your routine up a bit.0

The past week or so I have tried to change my routine which I wont see results for yet but I'm hopeful!0

Have you done measurements? Maybe your losing inches that you don't realize which would be a great thing. I know during my second month of change I added a second workout in afternoon that really kicked things up for me if you have the time but I would only do that for a week or two.0
