I don't know of any. I worked for a company that let me work from home, but that is a different thing. If you are computer savvy - try to find out who does the support for Staples, Home Depot, etc....I know they hire support to work from home (but don't know the company or anything about them). Sorry I'm no help!

I agree with most of what has been said - Here are some suggestions: When you are having pasta (high carb), don't have a high carb veggie. Add a salad, and maybe have broccoli or green beans. And really - let's face it - it is not all that hard, especially when you make being healthy a LIFESTYLE!!! That said.....I am going to only have a spoonful of the ice cream cake we are having today.....holy cow - those have a ton of calories!

Thanks - I will try to work on the protein and fat....the exercise is going to be a bit difficult. Up until 3 weeks ago, I walked 45 -50 minutes per day and did elliptical every so many days. Good morning!!! That rhubarb wine sounds really good! I may try to do a 15 minute walk today. My leg is feeling better. I was supposed to go to the dr to have it checked, but they rescheduled. I have been doing some weak stretching, it does not hurt too bad when I do that, so may strap on some walking shoes and wander…

I have back issues, I am really uncoordinated, and I have never liked it. Perhaps some guidance in something easy - and I would be willing to try to work up to something harder. I do have weights at home, just don't (know how to) use them. Alot of this is my insecurities about things always being so hard for the "fat" kid.…

I can say that it seems like the rest is helping a bit. I don't want to start back to early and re injure, but man it is frustrating. I have been working through lunch and I really miss my daily walks :( Hopefully a few more days and I will start back slowly!
