  • Cycle class is amazing, make sure you push yourself and you should get results. That is my opinion and based on experience. Good luck I am sure you can do it!
  • I eat Gluten Free becuase of allergy reasons and Ciliac disease. I have a friend who tried to go Paleo and she has celiac too but she loves wine and was unable to do it.   • Thanks everyone! With the exception of today I have been very good with portion control, and have been trying to stick within my calorie goals. I have not gained weight but scared I am losing muscle mass because I am still losing weight. I guess time will tell. Excited and hoping for a quick recovery!!!
  • I agree with the above, try only doing Zumba in the am/pm and then do strength at night. Cardio is best done in the am. Spin is a good cross training for running so I think eliminating the running and replacing it with weights will be effective. Remember slow and steady wins the race!!!
