No, absolutely not. I don't care how much weight I lost or how much air brushing was done. Lots and lots of no. LoL.

There are several comments below the linked article you've provided which seem to point out flaws in the author's research?

What weight loss animation program did you use? That sounds like a neat form of motivation for a geek (not a bad thing) such as myself.

Much thanks! Good article. I couldn't help but giggle during her toilet seat moment. Least it's a moment she can laugh about now. ~ Joanna

Totally treat yourself! It's just one day and FAR FROM blowing your whole program. However, when eating out it helps to pick a place with a website that lists nutritional info. You can pick out what you want to eat ahead of time. Don't even look at the menu when you get there -- in my experience it will just tempt you to…

I have a Polar FT7. I use it every time I run - love it!

I'm also at a 1,200 limit but I usually burn between 300- 500 each day (though this past week - not so much). Anyway, I usually keep my meals between 200-400 calories and my snacks around 100 - 150 calories. Lunch is generally more like a snack than an actual meal, which allows me to fit a few snacks around it through out…

Love it!

I so agree! I love it here!

That's too funny because I have a bathing suit that fits great except for (in my mind) the same little mounds of skin. I know it gets me no where and that's why I get so frustrated that I think that way. I know it's silly. I have days where I know that I'm "the shizit" (you know...the good, healthy way to see yourself) ...…

Sounds like you need to return it. I had to return my first one too and buy a more expensive, better functioning one. Losing weight is expensive! ;P

My goal is to be at a 6 mph 5K by this time next year. I won't let it hold me back, it just pisses me off that if I was taller I would already be doing a 6 mph 5K if I went at the same pace I'm going now, lol. I also am looking foward to getting outside. I already have a route picked out. But here in AZ it's really not…

The calorie thing kills me too! I'll burn 700 calories while some dude doing the same aerobics routine will burn 1400. Bah!!! LoL!

You're serious? This is a joke of some kind, right?

Actually I've been having the same issue w/mine (same model). I wash and rinse it after each use as recommended. It seems to happen when I'm in weird positions (during pilates) or if I'm 2 hours into a workout. I think sometimes it might actually need re-wetted (though you'd think sweat would help). Or that it gets some…

I usually have about 400-500 calories for dinner plus 140 for desert. So, including desert, I have around 510 - 610 calories left. If I have any left over after that then I'll have a snack before bed.

Sounds delicious and relatively simple. Thanks!

I love Quaker Oats oatmeal squares cereal. It comes in brown sugar, cinnamon, or maple (my favorite). You get a whole cup (yes I measure it out) per serving and w/ 1/2 cup skim milk it's only 250 calories.

The weekends (or for me Sun-Tues) are the hardest. It's when you get around other people and their food (like going out to eat or eating at a family member or friend's house) that it's just really difficult. I was really impressed with myself this past weekend though. I ate breakfast at IHOP and still stayed in my…

I LOVE healthy steamers! They're the best when you just don't have the time. I eat them about once or twice a week myself.

This is the most inspiring post I've seen in a while. Thank you for sharing. Your transformation is amazing and you've met every goal! ~ Joanna

Just...WOW! You're such an inspiration. Beautiful!
-
Wow, what a story. Sounds like you turned a very negative experience into a positive which is quite commendable. You look absolutely gorgeous!
-
What a transformation. You rock!
-
Awesome!

There is a definite difference! Well done!

Omg, beautiful!

This article by the "The Weight Watchers Research Department" makes me wonder who exactly works in that department. I've failed to find any such listing of individuals with things like "Ph.D." after their names.

Like Tap I also always include a cool down with my workouts (as is recommended) and stop after I'm done and my heart rate is back to normal.
