That is my biggest problem i work from 1-9pm,m i wake up at 1000 eat breakfast then walk...by the time i get home from work and unwind i find my self not going to bed until 3 or 4 am.... What i have found to help me out with late night snacks is cucumbers soaked in 50% water and 50% red wine vineger.....
