One Brown Egg Omlette with 1/2 slice of fat free (plastic) cheese
1 Container of "just apples" applesauce
Water
Cup of Coffee with 2 sugar and a bit of 2% milk0 -
Today I had
bowl of multi grain cheerios
2%milk
banana cream pie yogurt
Glass of water
I think this is a great idea posting what we ate I know that I would do better if I told someone else what I ate. thanks for posting this0 -

1 cup Fiber One Honey Custers
1/2 C Skim milk
1 mug coffee with 1 tsp non-dairy creamer and 2 sweetener packets0 -
Optimum Power oatmeal 150 cal, thomas light whole grain muffin, 100 cal, 2 tbsp neufchatel cream cheese 70 cal0

Two packets of strawberries and cream Quaker instant oatmeal.0

I'll eat the exact same thing untill I get tired of it and then switch, right now it's an egg sandwhich
1 large egg, sunny side up (would have used medium size but there wasn't any at the store...wierd)
1 slice of bread, toasted, (if it's under 100 cal.'s, its fair game)
a little pat of butter
salt/pepper to taste
1 cup skim milk to wash it down.
I cut up the egg and fold the bread around it tp make a little sammy.
Today though I followed it up with a vitamin
This held me over till lunch today, but usually I get hunger around 10:30, because I eat my breakfast around 7, maybe it was the vitamin0 -

My breakfast was soo good i have to share!
steamed zucchini, mushrooms and broccoli together
then added some diced ham, and scrambled two egg
whites....WAY YUMMY!!!0 -
Same as always 1/3 cup of all bran buds, 1 C lowfat vanilla yogurt and 1 package of chiquita grape bites.0
