YES!!! i am so excited!! i am now in the BMI overweight range and not the obese!!:noway: it seamed like this day would never come:happy: now its time for the healthy range!
So if anyone thinks they can't do it they can! I did it and i have a very hard time losing weight.

    I am getting SO close to the "overweight" range too!! MAN!!! I think my BMI is around 32 right now and it technically goes to overweight around 28 or 29 right???

    Stupid Obese!!

    Obese is the worst word ever. I personally prefer fat to obese. Although I've always called myself rotund. :laugh:

    Obese is the worst word ever.

    I completely agree.

    I just checked and I am 14 lbs away from the "overweight" category (that would be 20 lbs total.)

    That is DEFINITELY my short-term goal from now on!!!! Thanks for the inspiration.

    Language could have assigned something like puppy or flower as the word for what obese stands for and we would be like "I HATE the word puppy!!!!!" LOL!

    Yeah i totally see what you are saying, but "obese" makes it sound like anyone that is in that range is a monster! :laugh: :grumble:

    Congrats! Recently when I checked my BMI I was SCHOCKED that it had me near the top of the chart for OBESE.. i was like OMG- i mean i knew i would be in the obese catergory- but i guess because i think "oh hundreds of people weigh more than me" that somehow i would be at the 'start' of the Obese range. It scared the crap out of me,... i cannot wait until i make the same post you just did. CONGRATS! You should feel soooo proud of yourself!!!!!!:drinker:
