I really want to try eating back my calories because I feel like I've stalled a bit...but I am terribly afraid it will backfire for me. Anyone else?

I am on Day 29...tomorrow will be my last day...and I definitely am seeing results. Not sure exactly what they are yet (waiting until I'm finished to measure/take "after" pics) but I've definitely had people stop me and notice and I FEEL thinner and more muscular, particularly in my arms and abs.

For me personally, this is all about a lifestyle change and not a diet. With that in mind, I know that I can allow myself to eat pretty much whatever I want on those types of occasions when I'm out with friends or whatever, as long as I'm not doing it all the time. I seriously thought I was the ONLY person who got like this! During mine I feel ravenous at all times! It has calmed down a bit since I've lost some weight but still- it's like I cannot control it.

You look great! I am about 5'3" and right now I am aiming for 175. Was previously at 242 and am currently at 201. 135 seems so low to me (probably because that would be over a 100 pound loss for me) but that is what I have heard is "healthy" for someone our height. Keep up the great work :)
