Everydays a cheat day! Oh wait . . . no I just eat when I'm hungry and that means all the things. I exercise too. Food depravation makes me go loopy!

Prior to this thread I certainly would've raised an eyebrow or two at the thought of a larger person teaching a class because the physique of my instructor has always had an influence on whether or not I regularly attended that class. However, this thread has caused me to realise that I shouldn't be so quick to judge and…

Well not really but you are in week 1 so most of that will be 'water weight' anyway. If I were you I would use this tool, it's helped a lot of people with their goals: http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/ It tells you how much you should eat a day based on your height, weight and activity level. Also you…

Did you gradually adjust to maintenance by going up by 100 cals increment per week. If not perhaps the sudden increase in calories may have been what caused you to get a bit carried away. MFP is not to blame - just try to remember that when you get to your goal you should continue to log daily and truthfully to try to curb…

I still workout but I'm considerably weaker than when I don't have TOM. On Monday which was day 1 I nearly passed out after doing a stint on my cross trainer. I think my dog thought I was going to die! My body went all funny as if I was drunk and I couldn't co-ordinate, I had to stay in a four legged position without…

Stop whining and start lifting heavy things.
-
Unfortunate but thats actually from Little Britain.

I haven't had as many as most - the majority or rude jabs came from my mother. But there was one guy I went to uni with who said to me 'Now that we've moved to the fourth floor - you might finally lose some weight walking up all those stairs.' - I can laugh about it now.

This is me about three weeks ago. I see myself as 15 but my legs and arms as 6. Most of my fat is on my stomach - none on my legs except for my inner thighs. ETA: Don't mind - I actually like most of the body shapes up there even the thin one. I would prefer not to be 1 or anything upwards from 18 but I doubt that either…

I have lost 20 pounds. My brother pretty much noticed a difference every time I dropped a pound. At around 15 pounds no one noticed. But once I got closer to 20 pounds - everyone noticed in a big way. My cousins told me to stop losing more but I think I can easily lose another 5/6 pounds maybe more. I did get pretty…

Probably not - mainly because you would have less endurance.

I always get 'I bet you like really muscly guys'. Which is actually true but I can't find any. :frown:

OH GAADDD MAKE IT STOP! No no no! No that's not how starvation mode occurs. Also to the OP and most of the people on here you really shouldn't be eating such a minimal amount of calories. Even I don't eat that and I'm 5 ft and lightly active. I lose a pound per week. OP you need to eat more - you will still lose weight but…

Mine is open. To make me better behaved - its so much easier to act up when no ones watching. x

Personally I don't get cheating at all. If you want to put your **** in numerous boxes then don't get in a relationship. If you don't want to be in a relationship then ****ing end it. Do I think size affects someone's attractiveness? Yes and no and maybe - there are more variables than just size when considering someone as…

All is see in this list is someone who isn't get enough protein. I bet if you eat more high protein foods (fish, chicken etc) you will feel more satiated and therefore less likely to binge on high carb foods.

How are you only losing 1lb a week eating 1200 cals at your weight? Are you really sedentary or do you just eat back all your exercise cals. Curious because it seems like you'd lose more than that.

Amazing work! Amazing Progress and absolutely rocking the crop top. Nice work x.x.

BMI says nothing about your body composition. It can be used as a guide for most people but like most guides it's not going to be 100% accurate. At the end of the day if you are comfortable with what you see in the mirror then I wouldn't worry too much. Lifting heavy is always going to improve your appearance. If I were…

Ouch. So close minded for a zumba instructor -_-

My dad mixed petit filous strawberry yogurt with mushrooms and said it was a 'special sauce'. In reality it was a complete mind **** - a strong smell of strawberry cupcakes but tasted like poison. Ultimate sabotage.

SOOOOO much yum!

Don't get a jawbone - they break and are terrible at syncing. I think most people on here get a Fitbit for tracking steps and a HRM for calorie burn estimates.

This.

This. You can only do what your body will allow you to do. The closer to your goal weight the harder it will be. Is it possible? - yes but is it a wise idea? That will depend on how you go about it - cutting your calories too drastically or exercising too much may get you the results in the short term but in the long term…

I eat quorn but I also eat lots of different types of meat too. I think it does require some getting used to at first - I mainly have the burgers. It does have a good protein/calorie ratio which is part of why I have it on days when I don't want to eat chicken/salmon it makes a great alternative.
-
I wouldn't worry about it. Unless she brings out a sex tape . . .

Seriously!! How is that important or relevant? OP congrats on the weight loss - based on your pics you don't look too thin. You look just fine and I can see a really big transformation from your previous pics. All you need to ask yourself is this: 'Am I happy with how I look?' - if the answer is yes then continue on and…
