  • Sounds good, but how much peanut butter?
  • I beat my goal on this morning's walk. I jogged half of my 2.2 mile route and finished in 27 minutes. That may not sound like much to some people, but I am 47 and 30+ pound overweight. It felt so good to reach that number (about 12.5 minute mile). Yeah!
  • I have a lot, but these are some that come to mind: Goonies Space Balls Benchwarmers Princess Bride Multiplicity

  • I had a 6" whole wheat smoked turkey hoagie with Miracle Whip Light, lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese. It was over 500 calories, but well worth it. I have worked my butt off today.
  • Today wasn't bad until evening. I had four servings of Doritos!:explode: I think it is hormonal for me.:grumble: I'm glad tomorrow is a new day. I think I'll still be okay over all.
  • I have been at it for 2 /12 weeks now and have lost 5 pounds. It feels really good. Eat you exercise calories for sure. When you enter you exercise it will show how many calories you have earned because of the exercise. You need to eat those extra calories. It is the net calories that count. Good luck!
  • I see you have lost 13 pounds since joining in May. Great job!
  • Great job! It feels so good to accomplish goals and have people notice. I'm sure you don't realize just how good you look because it has been a gradual thing for you. Keep up the good work!

  • Just putting a frozen banana in a blender sounds really good. I think I'll try it. Thanks.
  • Good attitude. I think you'll be fine if you just add some extra exercise. By the way, how did you get the Bible verse posted? I'm new to this and still trying to figure things out.
  • I agree with others about keeping busy hands. Also, know that you are not alone. I had a couple of really good days followed by two bad nights of eating. Just realize tomorrow is a new day and you can do it!
  • You're doing great! It's wonderful that you could encourage our friend, too. Keep up the good work! You are an inspiration to those who think they will never be a healthy size.
  • I probably would have eaten a whole pizza. It sounds to me like you did great under the circumstances. Have a good day tomorrow and hope you son feels better soon.
  • I have been doing this for two weeks and have lost 5 pounds. it feels really good! It was an encouragement because for 5 days, I haven't been able to exercise much due to a sore back. Then I was sick for about 4 days. I am still not well, but feeling much better. I was so glad I still lost even with a lack of exercise.…
  • If you're at a plateau since February, you probably need to eat those exercise calories (or at least 1/2 of them). Your metabolism may have slowed down because you aren't eating enough for the amount of energy you are expending. Keep trying and see if eating some of those calories helps.
  • Great ideas!
  • I have one! Southwestern Surprise: 4 ounces extra lean (10% of less fat) ground beef One 16-ounce package frozen sweet corn Two 15-ounce cans pinto beans One 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained Three 14.5-ounce cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes One 14.5-ounce can Italian-style diced tomatoes 1 envelope taco…
  • You can do it! You appear to have your age going for you. Now is the time to get that extra weight off. I am a mom of 4 (age 18 and up). I feel so much better when I eat smaller portions and healthy foods. I don't like to exercise, but I love the way it makes me feel. I rarely want to get up for it, but have never been…
  • I'm new to the site. How do I view your profile?
  • Great job! I have only been on for about 8 days, myself. I love this site. My daughter got me started.
  • I am new (only 1 week). The fourth is actually in 5 weeks. Sorry! I would like to take the challenge, though. :drinker: Current Weight: 178 4th Goal: 170 Final Goal: 140
  • Good job for going on that walk. I had two horrible evenings and decided to work extra hard with exercise today. I went 30 minutes on the stationary bike this morning and 30 minutes again this evening. It's too cold here- only 45 degrees and really windy. You've done a great job so far! Keep it up!
  • Someone asked about editing foods or exercises. All you have to do it click on the food or exercise in your food or exercise diary. The information pops up. Just make the changes and save.
  • It sounds good, but could you actually give the recipe?
  • I didn't know you could do burgers. That sound great!
