Day 1 & 2 are done!! I actually did both last night as well as a 3km power walk... I was tired and sore after all that :) On to day 3!!

I didn't get the excercise in on days 5 or 6 (crazy busy weekend) however I did manage to lose 3lbs this week :) Where are week 3's exercises???

Day 4 completed yesterday!! I'm not getting the extra mile in every day but I am doing my exercises and trying my darndest to keep within my calorie goal. Drinking water like it's going out of style!

Finished day 3 yesterday! Woot woot! This is challenge is keeping me in check that's for sure. I'm really interested to see how many inches my body will lose by the end of the month :)

Day 2 of the Pygmy series done! Plus an additional 84 squats and 60 push ups! Drank all of my water and am under on my calories!!

Okay - so this morning I finished week 1's exercises with the swimmer presses, crunches and mountain climbers! Woot woot! On to week 2!!!

Hello fellow team members!! Today I drank 72 ounces of water. Did my squat kicks (plus some for a total of 76) and jumping jacks as well as went for a 1.6 mile walk just for fun. I also did 60 push ups. My calories are on track and I'm feeling pretty good!

Just do it! It will be really hard at first, but you have to work hard to get results, right? It's a great workout and it goes by so quickly!

QOTD Monday - Most Fun Experience When I went to the Bahama's with my best friend this past April. It was our first trip since marriage and kids without the hubby's or kids. We had a blast. Relaxed on the beach and drank lots of yummy drinks (mind you I did gain 10lbs.. )

I am proud that even though I was out all day yesterday and did exceed my calories by 107 I have managed to retrack myself today and even started the 6 week 6 pack DVD. I'm proud that I didn't pass out during it. :)
