I'm on a 16 week diet for a show and was craving a diet coke bad last night i actually had a dream about it lol. I just cut it for the reasons as said above chemicals and artificial sweeteners can't be optimal. But i'm sure a few a week won't do you any harm.

I agree with Dave_Burrell with more meals increasing metabolism certainly with me anyway. Iv'e done my own research on myself i don't need a scientist to tell me how best to diet.

I find the more meals i eat with the same overall macros i can stay leaner i currently have 7 meals on training days and 6 on non-training days.

I have a kfc/mcdonalds/chinese post workout which is 6 days a week but only when i'm trying to add weight not when dieting 5800kcal yesterday today is rest day so i wont eat junk and kcals will be lower

My parent's are used to me coming over on Sunday with my whole family for dinner with my own stuff when i'm dieting she just sends me a msg the night before to make sure she doesn't put too much on lol

There's always a bit a debate on this topic so IMO and for me lol Morning fasted cardio works very well its a really good start to the day for me leaves me hungry for a good breakfast and my food seems to digest better throughout the day so its my prefered way to do it. :)

I weight train 4 days a week and do hiit cardio 3 most weeks but i do find that after 5-6 weeks i do burn out so i back off the cardio for 2 weeks or so.
