  • I try to avoid the complimentary tortilla chips. I like the fajitas, but ask them to hold the tortillas, and I get a side of black beans instead of refried beans. I ask for extra salsa or pico de gallo and use that to pour over the fajitas.

  • One of my favorite ways to eat poultry with pasta is to mix the two together and add some Italian dressing, along with some diced tomatoes, and onion, for a nice pasta salad. You could also add diced olives or fresh cilantro, if you like those things. :bigsmile:
