I know I'm in an old post. Does anybody know how many calories you burn you could even subgroup them if that would be easier. I'm looking for more fun stuff. I'm proficient at boring workouts. lol so now i'm looking to learn some dance moves. I'm not that great of a dancer so I want to learn.

What is important about insanity and t25 is that you keep to the schedule. Don't skip days. You can eat healthy on your own. If you feel you do not plan well enough or a similar reason then yes it might be worth it.

I have fine hair sorta curls but mostly straight. The curls/spirals are gentle. I have to wash my hair everyday or it looks greasy. I have blonde hair so literally on the second day it will start turning brown and greasy. Gross! Actually my hair can start greasing up after about 8 hrs.

I'm not keeping too much track. But I would like to be a size 6 or 8. around that area. If I think it will look good I'll try for smaller. But until then i'll stick with that range.

That's ridiculous. I'm not saying the studies are wrong. But the truth is you have to eat less calories than you are burning. That is fact. If it wasn't true then nobody on here would lose any weight.

Make sure you way yourself in the morning before you eat. I just made this mistake tonight... stupid me. Anyway I ate a foot long then weighed myself and then checked in. :( I doubt I gained 4 pounds in one day. lol

I do but I am front desk. So I don't really get "breaks". I can't go out and take a walk or anything. Since I'm by myself I have to stay at the desk. I do walk around the desk area though. lol last night I had some slow time so I walked/jogged in the back area. Not enough to break a sweat though (I am working after all).

The reason I do it is because it keeps track of your heart rate. If they are holding it and there is metal under their hands that is probably what is going on.

Its obviously muscle and water. Are you gaining fat? you would be able to notice if you gained 6 pounds of fat. Don't look too closely at the scale and what people say you should weight. look at yourself in the mirror. do you thin but fit? or do you look skinny but fat? The sit up wont work for crunches. Those are two different exercises. According to cosmopolitan if you do crunches for 5 minutes it's about 40 Calories.
