I would say to have a bigger breakfast.. a cup of tea isn't that much! Seems like you're having very little in the morning & then a big meal at night. Good luck with it :)

I used to have the same thing. Visited a podiatrist & in my case, my runners didn't provide enough arch support which meant too much pressure on the front of my foot. Got a pair of inserts to properly support my arches & it was gone within a week. Might be worth looking into :)

Hmm.. not sure if I'm a pear or hourglass. My bust & hips are about the same and I have a smaller waist- 38-30-39.

My Dr recommended to limit my dairy intake if my skin flares up. Seems to work for me as when I cut out milk, it clears up pretty quickly. It also helps to know where in your cycle you are. Generally it flares up right before your TOM so I limit dairy during the week before.

Last week, my sugar cravings were held in check by Atkin's Endulge- chocolate covered coconut bars. They taste exactly like a bounty but only 170 cal. It's also high fibre to bring down the net carbs.. yum!

I personally don't have any gripes about people at my gym.. I usually have my music up & am too focused on my pace/ form to care about anyone else. Yes! Aussie Bodies is the nicest shake I've tried but the bars are gross. The BodyScience Cookies & Cream bar is sooo good in comparison. Also at Woollies :)
