I have acne really bad on my neck, probably my PCOS acting up and nothing works. Any recommendations?

    Windex.
  • My Dr recommended to limit my dairy intake if my skin flares up. Seems to work for me as when I cut out milk, it clears up pretty quickly.

It also helps to know where in your cycle you are. Generally it flares up right before your TOM so I limit dairy during the week before.

I suffer from this really badly too and it really gets me down, especially as when I was on the pill my skin was totally perfect and now it's awful :( I've tried so many products and have cut down on sugar in my diet but nothing seems to work for me so I would be interested to hear if anyone has any suggestions.

Same here. I'm 30 years old and still suffering from acne. Damn PCOS.

I'm 33 years old, don't have PCOS and have nasty acne. I stopped using all cleansers and lotions. I just wash twice a day with hot water on a wash cloth. I put antibacterial ointment on any really bad pimples/cysts and go Au Naturale! It does flare worst right before TOM, so I have to be extra careful around then. My doctor prescribed me a mild steroid cream for the really bad flare ups. It kinda helps and kinda clogs my pores, so I use it really sparingly.

Edit - I try to eliminate all starchy foods from my diet as a general rule, but I need to be extra careful around TOM, when I'm really craving them, or I do break out something awful.
