  • I went to a Christmas party on Saturday. It was a pajama themed party so I got a Santa onesie and I legit looked round like Santa. I put on a funny face for it but I was dying inside by how large I looked. I am serious this time. Gotta get this weight off. Stepped on the scale and I am the heaviest I have been since…
  • I am on Day 2 of my second round. I tried to do a 2nd round and made it through 15 days then quit. I need the reset. I think it is a great way to appreciate the food you eat and to see and FEEL the difference eating clean makes.

  • If you are doing the whole30, then you arent supposed to be looking at the scale. Whole30 takes time and you won't feel the effects until around week 2. I finished a round and the difference between Day 1 and Day 30 is night and day. You gotta give it time and break up with the scale and the measuring tape. Seriously.…
  • How can I join? I started the 5th and would love support

  • Awesome. Thanks for the input. I am glad I asked the question even though now it seems like a stupid one lol
  • I discovered Graze.com a few months ago. They send you 4 snacks (either every week or every two weeks) per box and each box is $6. I LOVE these for snacking because I dont always have to eat the same thing and everything is portioned and HEALTHY. There are two types of boxes you can order, a low-cal box or a regular graze…
  • It is April 22nd and I have met this challenge. Currently at 27.36 hours for the month! woo hoo!
  • cubicle hell in a small room with 10 other WOMEN and 1 dude who may as well be a woman with how emotional he is. It is petty and dramatic and just terrible. My desk faces the wall and I have a coworker to my left and one to my right...both are obnoxious/poor mannered especially when it comes to eating. There are NO…

  • 26 on Sunday and always looking for friends who are active and supportive.
  • Off Track: - I wasn't drinking so figured I could eat more on the weekends and be fine. - Emotional/binge eating every time I was alone - Over ate at one holiday so figured until holiday season was over, I would treat myself. -Even at this weight, my wedding dress still looks good, so if I got married like this NBD. On…
  • I went through a good three months of that this winter and I gained 10 of the 15 lbs I had worked so hard to get off. Its not worth it to start all over again. I stress eat too. The best thing for me to do is distract myself. For me, puzzles and keeping my hands busy and my attention somewhere else works like a charm.…
  • The biggest thing that helps me is keeping my hands occupied and my mind distracted. PUZZLES are my go to. I will set up a gigantic puzzle to work on and just go at it until its bedtime.
  • Thanks. I am a social person which I am concerned about working at home alone. However, I am also a very neurotic person and my coworkers drive me nuts a lot of the time with their chewing and just lack of overall manners. And most of the time when I left the job, it was because of the people I worked with whether a…
  • I appreciate your input. I can reassure you that I will be leading a less "destructive" life. I see that you are also going through a weight loss journey and I know that you can relate in some way shape or form to working on sacrifice and control. You are right, I do not want to wake up when I am older and drastically…
  • Alot of my mentality comes from the fact that my little brother is a BEAST. He has that naturally fast metabolism. So he will really strictly clean eat and workout during the week and then splurge on the weekend. Only problem is that I do not have that metabolism and I do not workout nearly as hard as he does during the…
  • Like I said its all a mental game. Its nice to hear from strangers that 1) a lot of people have this problem and 2) the support. I KNOW what I have to do, but DOING it is another story. There are a lot of great points made on this post and I am much appreciative. I am very well aware that even though I feel a great boost…
  • Thanks guys. I find that during the week it is easy because I am at work and have a routine down. I workout after work most days. On the weekends I typcially get in some really good workouts because I am not tired from a 9 hr day.The exercise is definitely there but its like they say, you cannot out run a bad diet. Based…
  • I plan my breakfast and lunch and make my food every Sunday for the week so I am less likely to go GET lunch while I am at work. I eat any dinner but in moderation. My downfall lately (I was doingreally prior) has been snacking and stress eating. The planned meals works for me and I switch it up every week and breakfast is…
  • I am 24 and have a child (my cat) named Buddy. I graduated in 2010 but am looking for support from people my own age. I have the exercise down but I cannot get my eating controlled. Obviously at work its a heck of a lot easier but the weekends...drinking and eating fest. Any advice?
  • I am also in the same boat. I am the maid of honor in my best friends wedding on April 30th! It is definitely crunch time and I am in desperate need of some support! :-)
