  • Make sure you are getting the right amount of protein, carbs, and fat in your diet. Also always change up your workout routine to avoid boredom. Also try to add strength training.
  • It took me a year to get the hang of low carb diet, now I am doing keto diet. If you are not mentally ready to overcome cravings it will be hard and you have to keep trying. It takes awhile to develop a habit so even if you mess up one day just start again the next day. Good luck on your keto journey!

  • Add strength training. I did a lot of cardio and still have belly fat at my ideal weight. I lost muscle and looked really skinny and flabby it was horrible. Minimize cardio do total body workouts at least 3x a week.

  • Grilled Chicken breast, brown rice and asparagus. Ground turkey with spinach and cucumbers. Tilapia with sweet potato and asparagus. Egg whites with oatmeal I think the only processed thing I consume is protein shakes. I haven't had junk food for 6 months.
  • Yeah it was every 2 weeks but He just made minor changes he added flax seed and macadamia nut oil to my shakes which helped a lot. I used to get bloated a lot so the healthy fats helped. Also he reduced my carbs from 1 cup of oats to a quarter cup. 1 cup of brown rice to half a cup.

  • Are you strength training? We are the same height but my weight is 137. I noticed that heavy lifting has helped me to reduce body fat. It's not always about the scale take measurements and pictures.
  • It took me a year to get to my goal weight and I'm still trying to reduce body fat. Be patient use a calender to track your progress, take measurements, take before and after pictures and stay consistent.
