Hey guys....new to this....28 year old female, 140 lbs and im only 5'3...which means I should NOT weight 140lbs! Looking for anyone in the same age, height, and weight range as me for support!!

I'm 5'2" and my goal is 135 - 140 lbs. I'm currently 172 lbs, down from 220 lbs. According to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/, you're actually a normal weight at 140 lbs and 5'3". You're on the upper end at 24.8 (normal range = 18.5 - 24.9), but still within the normal range.

Just found this website this morning.. I am 29 5'2 and 177... VERY unhappy with this!!!!! My goal is 135ish and just to be healthy again!!! Good luck to you!!!!0

I'm 31 years old 5'3 and 140lbs body fat 26%. Currently building muscles and losing fat through ketosis. I take my measurements every 6-8 weeks. I still have belly fat so maybe by next month I may have to continue losing weight. I was 130lbs back in March but it didn't look healthy on me but I was on bed rest for 6 weeks from surgery so I didn't look good. My exercises focus a lot on strength training and 3-4 days of cardio.
Starting weight 163lbs
Current weight 140lbs
