I think its like 90/10. Not just total calories but total CLEAN calories!

I figure out my calorie goal first. Then determine how many calories i want to come from protein to give me my first percentage to plug in. You then can work the other percentages in.

I log my workouts with my cellphone while working out. I turn on airplane mode so I don't get disturbed by calls.

You can do push-ups and crunches. Go for sets of 10 to 15

You can do weight training on M W F and wrap cardio around it. Adding muscle will burn calories at rest.
