    It's not any worse than all those websites that support and encourage people to be anorexic/bulimic. Besides, people are going to cheat on their spouses whether there's a website to help them out or not.

    Cheating on a relationship isn't really comparable to developing a psychological disease through your own thoughts and/or online forum encouragement/information that causes you to inflict injury on your body.

    Yes they both involve emotions but cheating certainly isn't a disease although sex-addiction is if that’s what you are arguing.

    I thought his point was more along these lines: there are all kinds of websites out there that promote immoral/wrong/inappropriate/(insert your favorite word) behaviors. One is no worse than the next.

    Not that I advocating cheating on your spouse, I think I can come up with a lot more inappropriate/immoral things that are worse than cheating

    It can be a bad thing.... or to the wife/husband that was cheated on, it can be evidence in court. People are going to cheat regardless. At least with a website like this, they leave a trail that is easy to follow. Makes the ending a little easier if you ask me.

    I don't understand the whole internet dating thing...but then I met my hubby the old fashioned way...at church. We were kids together...knew him so long I don't remember meeting him. But to each his own..I know several who met online and so far have sucessful relationships. But looking to cheat on line??! Wow. That takes guts. I couldn't do it...the guilt would kill me!

    My hubby and I have always joked around that we should both sign up for the same dating site and see if it puts us together... just for sh!ts & giggles. We're both so warped that we'd probably get rejected from having a full profile though! :laugh: :devil:

    No, its just more men are open about having affairs and looking for it. Most men cheat with strangers, most women cheat with people they know.

    They have moderators there just to STOP child porn from being posted consistently....because they think its funny.

    Now, I love their balls-to-the-wall "for the lulz" attitude....but some of THE worst people on the internet come from 4chan.
    *mumbles* some of the best memes also come from there.
