  • ME!!!!!!!!! And my "down fall" is the NON-NEGOTIABLES that I have....such as my weekly wine, dinner out with the husb, and a splurge take-out lunch. I figure these calculate to 2275 calories, over and above the mandated 1200 per week that I will need to compensate for. So - I have been "set" at 1200 cal per day and 1770…
  • Hey there - I am from SW Ontario... just outside of Toronto to be more specific. I have been using this tool for three years and it is great as long as you "work it". The problem with me is that I will get to my goal then leave the board and gain the weight back. Motivation is key... add me if you want.
  • I am an hour west of Oshawa and have been on this site for maybe 3 years now. It is a great program as long as you "work it". Enjoy!

  • That is odd- I had thought the point of the game was to achieve clear urine???? this meant that you were fully hydrated and flushed of everything that does not need to be in your system? So...... I drink 120 oz of water a day (4 x Nalgene bottles. one when i first wake up, one during the morning at work / one in the…
  • BOLTHOUSE FARMS!!!!! Any one of them... Ranch, Thousand Island, Ceasar with Asiago, the Blue Cheese is to DIE FOR. I would not survive the lunch room at my work every day without them. Renee's does a Yohgurt Based dressing line as well- I like their Cucumber and Dill.
  • Here in Toronto we have one and it is a cult favorite amoung locals. Make sure you try the coffee.
  • I agree with arfletcher- it is weird but I had noticed that I craved spicy foods. I have been eating clean now for 3 years and try to "spread the gospel" to everyone I know. My husband was resistant at first becuase I was pretty hardcore and he didn't appreciate the way the landscapes of the cupboards and fridges…
  • Yup- I am a MASSIVE fan of Hot Yoga. But, it is indeed expensive so I only get to go every other week. That is funny what you said about the heart rate monitor because I had the same discussion with a friend about whether or not we should try to wears ours and then we decided that it would most likely tick people off. I…

It was not something i had thought of in advance, and I do not feel had an "addiction" to coffee- or not one at least that I felt the need to "quit"... but they DO say that admiting you have a problem is the first step to surviving it.. LOL.…

It has been a difficult year, though, so I can accept how I got here. This past weekend I finally hit the wall where my pants where uncomfortably tight / boarding on unable to be done up and I…
