Private school! My parents sent me to private school from k-7th grade, and I am so thankful! Even though I went to public highschool, I think I may have recieved a higher quality education and made better friends in a private highschool.

Right now I'm about 184, 5'3", and wear a size 14 comfortably. At 195 I was a size 16, and even that felt snug. When I was 172, I wore a size 12.

What is a "non invasive reduction?" I've considered breast reduction surgery, but don't like the fact that I wouldn't be able to breast feed (when I do have kids ten years down the road.)

I've been looking over the Fiona and the seven wonders. Are there any stores that would carry either one so I can try them on? Same with all other recommended bras... at what stores can they be found?

Perhaps you could try explaining to your mom how extreme (and unhealthy) that much weight loss is in such a short amount of time. She may consider dishing out the same rewards but at different weight incriments. If you give this a go, good luck!

If MFP gave you those calories to take in, eat them and you will lose weight if you plug everything in correctly. Also, the fat burning and muscle building can (as far as I know) happen at the same time. Just be sure to eat the calories you burn. MFP will tell you how many calories that is when you log your exercise.

How much I miss candy, particulary Swedish Fish. People tell me I can still have some so long as I measure out my servings, but when it comes to my favorite candies, the whole box feels like a serving to me. lol

I'm not sure how the vitamins may be affecting your weight loss, but it seems as though the body wouldn't react well to 10 lbs of weekly weight loss. That dramatic number is more likely to be the reason for your plateau.

My boyfriend has been with me for over a year, and thinks that I don't HAVE to lose weight (even though I was nearly 200lbs when I started). However, before being on this diet, every time I complained about my body he would say something like, "if your so unhappy with yourself, change it.." Naturally I took this as support…

It's interesting to hear that the metabolic boost is during the days LEADING UP TO the TOM. I've noticed with myself that those days beforehand are when the true cravings come, not when I'm actually on my period (aside from a slight red meat [iron] craving during the TOM). I always wondered why. Thank you for that factual…

Ok I'm definently interestd in the zumba set, but I was wondering if there is a lot of jumpy type of stuff. I live in an upstairs appartment and would hate for my neighbors down below to have a vibrating ceiling for 45 min. lol

Unfortunately, due to internet situation, I can't get the intant type of net flicks... but I'll look into the mail order type. :)

My doctor has been on me to lost weight for over six months now, and she put me on a 1200 calorie diet. It took me a while to get into it very steadily, so now that i truly am dieting and have done so for over a month I sometimes can't even get myself to eat 1200 calories! (though I'm sure I would go over if I hadn't been…

I don't usually log everything either, so long as I'm confident it didn't take me over my calorie limit. That said, the times I don't log are usually at the end of the day because I'd hate to not log something in the middle of the day and forget I had it... thus forgetting to account for it. What may work for you is, if…
