  • Girl's status update on facebook:: "Ok so I have some fantastic necklaces, I also, so I've been told, have some fantastic breasts, I only bring it up bc I have a client that has no idea what my eye color is bc she never looks up at my face to talk to me. It's pretty obvious, the most crazy case of ADD I've ever witnessed.…
  • After spending far too much time parsing my list down to something more selective... Rev Theory - Hell Yeah Rammstein - Feuer Frei Megadeth - Hangar 18 LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem (always manages to squeeze another 4:23 of mill treading out of me)
  • A few treats I like... -Chocolate powder mixed in milk and eat it with whatever cereal I have on hand (Kashi?) -Vanilla powder mixed with apple juice and cinnamon - apple pie shake! -(Some) Vanilla powder mixed into an iced coffee -Smoothy with powder, milk, banana and maybe some honey or anything else on hand that sounds…
  • My staple breakfast at the moment is spreading some peanut butter onto toast and topping it with some cottage cheese. I also like it as a snack with some cereal (Special K w/ Red Berries) on top, the sweetness of the cereal and the saltiness of the cheese play together well.
  • A bump and a thanks for the time and effort you put into tossing this together.
  • Now to just e-mail him a link to this thread and you'll be all set. ::thumbs up::
  • Made a small one and have it chilling in my freezer now... Had to use regular cocoa powder and vanilla protein powder because that's all I had on hand, but we'll see how it goes. Thanks for sharing the idea.
  • Who doesn't love stretchy pants? Even nude ones... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=prfoq00bG3Y (NSFW - Children! Earmuffs!)
  • Oh, I think I see it! It's a scooner! (A scooner is a sail boat...) Edit: Late quote fail... >.<
  • Smartass: Turkey jerky, deer jerky, bison jerky, etc. Really though for me, protein shakes, cottage cheese, greek yogurt and just plain ol' hunks of refrigerated meat are my go to options for protein snacks :)
  • If you don't have a good sized weight handy, you may want to try and find a package of some product, like a bag of soil or what not, as long as it has the total weight printed on the packaging it should get the job done. And I just reread my post and just realized I used way instead of weight and said whichever ever. I am…
  • If you have something that is substantially heavy and you definitely know its weight (for example a 25lb dumbell), way it on both the scale and the Wii Fit. Whichever ever one gives you the correct weight of the object is probably your more reliable option.
  • I'm with Vida on this one, if your diet is clean, you can fit in some sugar for your coffee/tea without ruining your daily totals. Personally, I am trying to ween myself off the artificial sweeteners, actual sugar just isn't as sweet as the Equal/Sweet N' Low I've gotten used to... Trying mixes of artificial with sugar to…

  • Just a personal preference, I really like my food wet/moist. I was the kid who loved to douse his fries in ketchup and would always ask for extra sauce on my pasta. Also extra butter & syrup on my pancakes. Or an extra squirt chocolate syrup on my ice-cream. Oh and an especially high mountain of whipped cream on my cake…
  • It's way too dry for me without dressing. I've been eating salads almost daily for lunch for about 7 years (wow, never thought about it before, that's quite a while) and I've never been able to eat them dry. I have used various dressings in the past but now I use vinegar + mustard and some spices.
  • A barbell with 200 lbs of weights on it :)
  • I can only speak from my personal experience, but I haven't had any issue at all with saggy skin, just some light stretch marks. But I'm also in my mid 20's, did a fair amount of work on lifting which put on some decent muscle and gradually dropped the weight over ~18 months; all of these definitely aided in me not having…
  • Yes, incredibly bulky! Please stop now before it gets any further out of hand!! :D (this is of course a joke) But generally those guidelines are the rule of thumb for lifting, sooo don't know what else to say really. Males naturally put muscle on quicker than females, so that's going to have some influence on things. Edit:…
  • Except most women usually don't perform 30 curls with a purse nor a few dozen chest flies with their babies. Althoooough this sounds like a great idea for a new DVD workout routine which we can market... You and me buddy, lets do it! We'll split the earnings right down the middle, 70/30! OT: *Lifting heavy would typically…
  • I've gotten myself used to having them plain - now I actually enjoy munching on a carrot or couple stalks of celery when I want a small crunchy snack.
  • I must have been an oddity... I had all 4 of mine out (bottom 2 were impacted) a couple years ago. I was eating soft foods within a few days and eating regular food (carefully) within a week. After the first day I felt plenty fine and was up and about doing my normal stuff; didn't even need the pain medication I was given.
  • I've used Kre-Alkalyn (PH buffered creatine) and I haven't had any troubles with bloating or water retention (muscles do seem a tiny bit bigger). From what I've read, Kre-Alk seems to have less reports of these problems, may wanna look into it.
  • The only way you'd look stupid was if you didn't do what you needed/wanted to do to be healthy. Trust me, the whole world isn't going to stop to watch you run - it's all in your head
  • Ugh - her agaaaain?
  • You forgot the two P's, pudgy and portly! :P
  • On this same note, I would really recommend suicide jumps instead - they're like a pushup with a little something extra for your core and legs.
  • Way to go man, must have felt damn good! Feels great when you surprise yourself with what you can do when you try your best. Congrats!

  • No personal experience with them, but I like checking out http://supplementreviews.com/ when I'm considering trying a new supplement. May wanna go browse through there and see what some people have to say about the particular ones you're considering.
  • Perhaps consider heading outside for your workouts? If you're wary of actually going jogging out on the streets, whether it be self consciousness or safety, you can still get a decent workout just doing things in your backyard if you have one (bit more so out of the public eye than the streets). Do jumping jacks, suicide…
