  • I honestly check my weight everyday.... Some people dont like this but I find it interesting to see how it fluctuates. As for Measuring I try to stay to once a week. Its personal choice really. Sometimes when the scale goes up one morning its a good reminder to behave that day. *shrugs* do what works for you.

  • I feel awkward at the gym lol So I dance around my living room to Obnoxious pop songs and do Line Dancing to country songs to get my cardio. Yesterday I burned 1,027 calories doing that for an hour and 45 minutes. So much fun, and I can be as goofy as I want :) lol

  • I have not tried Zumba as of yet. I guess im looking for the right one. Ive heard some people say they dont teach the moves very well but I have at least a little dance experience so I might be alright. It'll def be on my list, especially if my two games start to get a bit boring after a few weeks.
  • Haha Even though DDR isnt exactly real dancing, If youre able to play on light-standard-or-Heavy mode Its actually a really good workout. They did studies on it in 2007 about how many calories you burn and such. I like to alternate both games. DDR really tires my legs where Just dance for the wii is much more tiresome on…
