I try to avoid all of them but sometimes it is just not possible. I do not like Healthy Choice, never have. I do like Smart Ones but only certain ones. I tend to lean towards ones with no meat. I think the chicken is always nasty so I usually eat Sante Rice and beans, pasta dishes or the potatoes w/broccoli ones.

My doctor thinks I may have PCOS. I was also diagnosed with non-cancer uterine hyperplasia. So far I have lost about 25 lbs. since 1/1. It is a struggle tho. I feel like one bad week and I could probably put it all back on. I exercise a lot too. I guess we just have to work really hard and be happy with the amounts we get.…

I am hit 90 days today. Friends on here go through cycles. I tend to go and look and see who hasn't been active in awhile and just delete them. I have failed many times but I plan to succeed. I can't blame someone who failed because I have been that person many times over.

I met my husband online. I have heard/experienced bad stories but I lucked out big time. Just go in knowing what you want. I mean you going to get replies from pervs and such but just weed them out. Just remember there is someone just like you out there.

I used to work in real estate (re-fi with a title insurance company). When he got divorced, in his divorce decree didn't it talk about the mortgage? Most times it will state that within a certain amount of time a new deed will need to be done. I would have him check his divorce docs.

Mine is fairly similar to my HRM. I have noticed though that MFP is way off (usually by 50%). I would recommend the HRM also.

I would say 20ish. My husband lost 30 and got a haircut and people started to notice.

I am going to go with Gangham Style since I have NO IDEA what they are saying and the Harlem Shake since they say nothing at all. These are two of my favs to listen to but I have no idea why.

I use a heart monitor for every exercise I plan to "count". I have noticed sometimes MFP is off by over 1/2. Then there are times they are close. I just realized maybe I don't get my heart going for awhile during an exercise so it takes me longer to burn calories. I figure I would rather count exactly what the HRM says…
