Am I sabotaging myself?
I stay under my calorie goal almost everyday (bad weekend last week). I normally do this by exercising to get extra calories. MFP gives me 1620 calories a day but I like to burn from 400-600 on a workout day and 1000 on a day that I see the personal trainer. I tend to eat back these calories almost everyday. Is this going…

From walking to running

Ok so I am in no way ready for a 5k (or even a 1k lol) but at what moment do you find yourself realizing it is possible? Road map vs. MFP numbers UGH so confused
I keep going back and forth on which to follow. I know I cannot be helping my body by jumping all over the place. If I go by the BMR (1932) and TDEE - 20% (2144) I should eat something in between that, BUT MFP says I should eat 1620. Both ways must work because people use both and are successful. Question on TDEE - 20% and BMR
Ok. My BMR is 1944 and my TDEE (3007) - 20% is 2406. Does this mean I should try to eat between 1944 and 2406 every day?? Also do I am assuming I do not eat back the exercise calories?

Frustrated - BUT not giving up
