Starting over with a new plan!

Hi. My name is Michelle and I am starting over after a little hiatus. I realized I need structure and want to succeed in dropping about 75 lbs.

I am on a high protein, low fat/carb diet. I am also working out by walking and doing a fitness planned designed by a trainer I follow on Facebook (Jeremy Reid).

Would love new friends who are active. I have an open diary but you don't have to (although it is nice).
