New Goal - 4/1 - 6/15 - 20 lbs.

I am starting my next goal on 4/1 and just looking for motivated individuals who might want to become friends and help each other out. I am VERY motivated.
*I work out 5-6 days a week (at least 30 minutes each time).
*I see my trainer once a week for 60 minutes.
*I do wear a heart monitor to track my calories burnt.
*I eat no more than 1620 net calories and really want to be serious about my weight loss.

That goal looks pretty reasonable. I also exercise 5-6 days a week for minimally 1/2 hr and use a HRM.0

My goal is to get to 199 by June 10, my 51st birthday. I'm at 218 now. I do C25K 3x/week, light cardio (40+mins walking) on the other days and plan to start strength training/heavy lifting in April (once I figure out a program to follow).
